I started my career in inventory control and worked my way up to Director of Operations for North America—leading teams, opening warehouses, and optimizing operations across multiple industries. Along the way, I’ve delivered real results, including reducing inventory adjustment from $1.8M to $148K between 2012 to 2018.

I launched Above Only Operations to bring that experience directly to companies that need it most—helping them fix broken processes, improve performance, and build operations that are designed to scale.
